纸桶的质量要求如下：

对于出口产品包装用的纸桶，质量应达到SN/T0270-93《出口商品运输包装纸板桶检验规程》的规定，外观应符合下述要求：

1，纸桶应圆整，无明显失圆，凹瘪，歪斜，变形等缺陷。

2，桶体光滑无机械损伤，无皱褶，无开胶，防水油漆涂抹均匀，无漏涂，无泡，无明显流挂。

3，圆卷边光洁无纸舌。

4，桶箍焊接牢固、平整，不得有烧穿或虚焊，无明显锈蚀、剥层和龟裂。

5，封闭器连接牢固、开启灵活，闭合后桶盖与桶底封闭良好。

6，镀锌或喷漆的桶箍、封闭器应光亮，无脱落。

7，如桶身印刷图字时，应清晰、均匀，附着牢固，无跑墨。

8，纸桶内外清洁，无油渍。
